In 1992, Two Essays on Art and Knowledge was published to celebrate Ron Martin’s emergence at the Christopher Cutts Gallery. It was designed by Gary Stuber as a hardcover slipcase with three booklets printed by Bowne of Toronto. Booklet one has a foreword by Brydon E. Smith, and Walter Klepacs’ text entitled “Transformations in the paintings and objects of Ront Martin 1991-1992.” Booklet two consists of ten colour plates. Booklet three offers a text written by Martin entitled “a new work of art.”
